6. If multiple units were ordered only one unit of like product (e.g., box or bag) may be opened to receive refund. All opened units must be included in return to QFL Inc.

7. International or repeating sales are final. If you are in our refill program and wish to cancel or change your existing membership status, a 7-day advance notice prior to your next shipment is required.

8. Returns for other reasons will be subject to website credit.
