Its components are mainly anchors, reinforced suspenders, seismic connecting members and seismic diagonal bracing. So what should we pay attention to during installation?
We should know that the bearing frame distance of the seismic support should not be greater than the maximum spacing of the pipe gallery support. Generally, the maximum spacing of the pipeline is calculated according to the strength conditions and stiffness conditions. Generally, we take the minimum value. If there is a pipeline with pressure pulsation, the distance of the pipe gallery support shall be determined according to the required fixed frequency of the pipeline to avoid resonance. Try to use the component support of the existing civil structure, that is, the beam column support of the pipe gallery.
For the pipeline for flexibility analysis, the position of pipe gallery support shall be determined according to the analysis, and the possibility of support shall be considered. Considering the convenience of maintenance, it is better not to make temporary support when disassembling the pipe section.
The position and type of pipe rack support shall minimize the adverse effect of force on rooted parts. The pipe gallery support of the pipeline conveying pulsating fluid and the pipeline transmitting mechanical vibration shall be limited to independent ground structure and independent foundation, otherwise the relevant structures and buildings shall be carefully and comprehensively analyzed to ensure that they have non resonant frequency, sufficient strength and small amplitude. Generally, the supporting points are not made on the horizontally arranged elbows and elbows to avoid the increase of local stress and affecting the effect of absorbing thermal expansion. It is common to make a support frame on the elbow arranged on the vertical plane, but it can not be done for the particularly important high-temperature pipeline.
